About this project:

This cute cape was in need of modernization and updating to reflect the clients' desire to age in place and provide for their mother. The existing house needed to reassed in order to provide a quality of life that was both charming to live in, and prepared for the future.

"Oh wow. It's my kitchen!"

When working with Burke and Sandra, it was important to match their vision, and help guide them in putting together much of what that could be. The constraints of the project were tight. With setbacks and existing conditions taken into account, they were able to completely revamp their kitchen, bathroom, living room, and sun room to their exact expectations. We met frequently to discuss design, working as a team with many cabinet makers, flooring providers, and contractors until we could get exactly the dream home they knew they always had. we connected their sunroom to their existing deck, and refinished every special space, while preparing for a future they would be beyond excited to live with.
