About this project:

This modern farmhouse packs a lot of punch, with a classic exterior with client driven elements to get their vision realized. A standing seam metal roof over the wrap around porch is complemented by a cable railing for a modern look balanced by traditional farmhouse elements.

The interior boasts an open floor plan and modern amenities, all centered on a double story stone masonry gas fireplace.

Due to time constraints on the owner's behalf, the design team and contractor worked around the clock to ensure we could meet the required move-in date. As such, we had to produce a lighter than normal drawings set and work with the town and contractor to obtain a permit and ensure the design intent was met. Due to unique site conditions, we were able to pour the foundation in the Winter, allowing for construction to take place throughout the early Spring, leading to a move-in ready home in record time.
