When Grace purchased her home in Middletown, Connecticut, she had an accomplished design-build contractor to renovate her home. Armed with her family, they set right to work. The only problem? They didn’t know what to do with their 1970s dated kitchen.
" Absolutely Beautiful James! We couldn't be happier. "
Enter James Montana Custom Home Design, who worked with their design sensibilities to modernize their kitchen with contemporary flourishes and new appliances.
There were quite a few constraints on this project. Low ceilings, load bearing walls, and baseboard radiators all constricted the amount of work we could accomplish. Through thoughtful design, we were able to punch through the load bearing wall and create counter-top bar seating. We were also able to efficiently plan out the kitchen so that its tight footprint would accommodate the space Grace needed.
