About this project:

Even larger homes have to contend with budget. This Richardsonian Revival Home set in idyllic Greenwich, Connecticut gives the appearance of a no-expenses-spared, while utilizing the cost efficiency of standard dimensions and stock materials.
Through an economy of materials we were able to explore the spaces to their best application. Scenic vistas, a grand feeling of space, and plenty of special moments grew out of the design, creating an elegant, spacious home, complete with guest wing, pool house, and veranda.

We liked this design so much, that we submitted it for the ARDA design awards.
