About this project:

Jim + Debe had found a farm property that was absolutely beautiful. The only problem? The existing building was condemned.

" The key was to reimagine the site as a place Jim + Debe could grow old together on. "

Before moving forward with any construction, extensive design work was put together to imagine what their retirement years could look like. The project had many variables, such as size constraints, all while requiring enough space for part-time office work and rooms for grandchildren.

In order to create a home that would stand the test of time just as they had, a classic Ranch style house was designed, with a simple exterior that allowed for higher quality finishes on the inside.
